My firm is in Ontario. Which personal information law applies?
The criterion asks for a commitment to protect personal information under the applicable law: Law 25 in Quebec, PIPEDA elsewhere.
How is the information about my firm and my references used?
It is used to verify the 7 criteria, including with your references, who must have given their agreement. Only your firm's contact details, namely the firm's name, the contact person, the email and the phone number, may be shared with the client whose project it carries out. Everything else stays internal, and nothing is published or sold. The information is kept for one year from receipt of the application, or less if you request its removal. Details are in our privacy policy.
